Become a Stallholder at CopenHill’s Winter Market 2026!

Following the success of previous markets, we’re bringing the Winter Market back to CopenHill! Join us for a festive market featuring Christmas stalls, creative products, second-hand finds, and used ski and snowboard equipment. Our goal is to create a cosy winter day filled with Christmas spirit, sustainability, and great finds, with space for both private and professional sellers.
The market will take place across two locations: the Ski Café, where we’ll create a warm and cosy market atmosphere, and the Rooftop, beneath the covered area, where visitors can enjoy the market with a view and the unique CopenHill atmosphere.
🎪 Stall Categories and Prices
1. Christmas & Crafts
For stallholders selling Christmas goods, handmade products, and creative items. Examples include Christmas decorations, ceramics, jewellery, knitwear, handicrafts, and other seasonal products.
Indoor stall in the Ski Café: DKK 275
Rooftop stall beneath the covered area: DKK 225
2. Second-Hand & Winter Gear
For private sellers and others looking to give items a new lease of life. This category includes used clothing, toys, homeware, second-hand goods, as well as skis, snowboards, boots, helmets, and other winter sports equipment.
Indoor stall in the Ski Café: DKK 200
Rooftop stall beneath the covered area: DKK 150
Larger ski and snowboard equipment may require additional space and must be agreed upon in advance. We may also organise a shared equipment area with a numbering system for larger items. For enquiries, please contact us on mail info@copenhill.dk
3. Large / Professional Stalls
For businesses, shops, and professional sellers with a larger selection of products or a need for additional space. This category may be suitable for ski and outdoor shops, brands, and other commercial vendors.
Indicative price for an indoor stall in the Ski Café: from DKK 350
Indicative price for a Rooftop stall beneath the covered area: from DKK 300
The final price depends on the size of the stall and any specific space requirements.
📏 Stall Sizes and Space Requirements
As a general rule, each stallholder will be provided with a table measuring approximately 1 × 2 metres, plus approximately 2 metres of space behind the table.
The same rules apply to both locations:
Goods may be stored underneath the table.
Goods and small displays may extend up to 0.5 metres in front of the table.
Additional space for larger equipment or special displays must be agreed upon separately.
Optional extras:
Additional table: DKK 40, subject to availability.
Additional space for larger equipment: by arrangement.
Electricity: available by individual arrangement.
